Every year in Latvia, many people become victims of violence – seniors, individuals with visual, hearing, or mobility impairments, and others affected by violence often remain unnoticed and without support.
To help provide them with individually tailored and timely assistance, associations, foundations, and businesses are invited to submit project proposals for the creation of new support services or the improvement of existing ones.

Projects can be implemented over the next two years. Each project may receive funding of up to €115,895. In total, more than €406,517.38 is allocated for this purpose, including €345,539.77 from the European Social Fund Plus and €60,977.61 from the state budget.

The projects are intended to support:

  • individuals with visual, hearing, or mobility impairments who have experienced violence;
  • individuals over the age of 60 who have experienced violence;
  • individuals at high risk of violence.

Application deadline: November 10.
